Centrally located in Loughrea’s Main Street, we use our shop window to showcase your property. We also advertise online through property websites, on local papers, on our property booklet as well as the familiar sight of our “ For Sale ” signs.
Properties are mostly sold by private treaty where our experienced auctioneer will negotiate between seller and buyer, we also sell through auction or tender.
Valuations
Approved valuer for a number of banks and financial institutions. Probate and estate valuations. Expert valuer for mediation and independent valuations, property transfer, capital gains, estate and probate.
We are regulated by the Property Services Regulatory Authority. The main function of the Authority is to control and regulate Property Services Providers (i.e. Auctioneers/Estate Agents, Letting Agents and management Agents) this includes the licensing of all such services providers, the establishment of a complaints investigation and redress system for consumers, the setting and enforcement of standards in the provision of property services, the administration of client accounts, the establishment and maintenance of a compensation fund and the creation of a residential and commercial property registers.
